Last week, I had a few ups and one massive down when it came to my running.
My ups were.
• I changed my route and was able to run the whole 5km
• I ran my fastest time, 5km in 32 minutes. (Really pleased!)
• I’ve been able to run at a steady pace.
• I’ve managed to keep too my diet.
• My weight has stayed the same 😄
My major down was.
